ET Landnet Limited is a niche consultancy that provides legal and technical advice to, and representation for, landowners and their professional advisers on public rights of way and public access to land issues.
We have 18 years experience advising on path claims and handling diversions and extinguishments. We act for large landowners and individual householders.
We have developed an innovative approach to path diversions and aim to seek solutions to any access issue.
Our leading cases include the contested diversion of paths at Pitshill, West Sussex and defeating the claimed right of way arising from the R v Secretary of State for Wales, ex parte Emery, 4 All ER 367. We also acted as Agent for the landowner in Herrick v Kidner and Somerset CC EWHC 269 (Admin).
We handle between 5 and 10 public inquiries a year on footpath bridleway and byway claims and diversions. We have an impressive inquiry record and Director Michael Wood has been described as “one of the best in the business”.
We also advise on highway diversions, gates, stiles and enforcement issues.
